  • Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once confirmed.
  • Cancellations, changes, or declines will be communicated via provided email.
  • Our Refund Policy governs returns and exchanges.
  • Orders must be personal, non-resale purchases.

  • Prices, promotions and discounts are subject to change.
  • Final price is confirmed upon order placement, usually via confirmation email.
  • Prices exclude VAT, shipping, customs, and import duties unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be accurate, current, and authorized by the cardholder.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimated only; delays by carriers or customs are outside our responsibility.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when goods are handed to the carrier.

  • All trademarks, designs, images, and content belong to Berlin Photobook Distribution, Shopify, or respective owners.
  • Permitted use is strictly personal and non-commercial.

  • We operate on Shopify; however, purchases are made directly with us, not Shopify.
  • Shopify bears no responsibility for orders, products, or Services we provide.
