1. General Information
We process and ship all orders from Berlin, Germany.
Shipping rates and delivery options vary depending on the destination country.
At checkout, customers will see the final shipping fee based on their location.

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local import fees.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may incur import duties or customs fees.

France
- Shipping fee: €14.9
- Free shipping on orders over €100
The United Kingdom may charge import duties or VAT upon delivery.

4. United States & Canada
- Shipping fee: €50
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During new releases, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be longer.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Remote areas may experience additional delays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU:
Customs duties, taxes, and other import-related fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to estimate or influence the amount of such fees.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient fails to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at bpd_de@odeya.io with your order number and any relevant photographs.
We will assist you with a resolution based on the carrier’s policies.
