1. General Information
We process and ship all orders from Berlin, Germany.
Shipping rates and delivery options vary depending on the destination country.
At checkout, customers will see the final shipping fee based on their location.
2. Shipping Destinations
Shipping availability depends on your delivery country and the products in your order. Physical delivery is only available where a shipping option is offered at checkout. Physical delivery to the United States and Canada is temporarily unavailable. Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is available for orders containing at least £140 in physical goods, excluding shipping, taxes and digital products. Discount codes and promotional discounts are not available for UK orders. Delivery to Northern Ireland is currently unavailable. Physical delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Vatican City, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently unavailable.
Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Czechia, Liechtenstein, France, United Kingdom, Monaco, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Vatican City, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Iceland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece.
Deliveries to non-EU destinations other than Monaco may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local import fees.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Rates by Region
Rates are in EUR and apply where physical delivery is available at checkout. The rates below apply only to available delivery destinations.
Germany
- Up to 2 kg: €5.90
- Over 2 kg to 5 kg: €7.90
- Over 5 kg to 10 kg: €10.90
- Over 10 kg to 20 kg: €19.90
- Over 20 kg to 31.5 kg: €24.90
- Free standard shipping on orders of €80 or more, within the standard parcel limits.
EU destinations and Monaco
- Up to 2 kg: €14.90
- Over 2 kg to 5 kg: €17.90
- Over 5 kg to 10 kg: €22.90
- Over 10 kg to 20 kg: €28.90
- Over 20 kg to 30 kg: €45.90
- Free standard shipping on orders of €120 or more, within the standard parcel limits.
Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
A minimum physical-goods value of £140 is required for delivery. Shipping, taxes and digital products do not count towards this minimum. Discount codes and promotional discounts are not available for UK orders. Digital-only orders are exempt from the physical-goods minimum. GBP prices and converted shipping rates are shown at checkout. All physical items in an eligible order are shipped together. If a cancellation or a requested delivery split changes the shipment value, we will confirm eligibility before dispatch. Physical delivery to Northern Ireland is currently unavailable.
- Up to 2 kg: €18.90
- Over 2 kg to 5 kg: €26.90
- Over 5 kg to 10 kg: €34.90
- Over 10 kg to 20 kg: €48.90
- Over 20 kg to 30 kg: €62.90
- Free standard shipping on orders of €200 or more only when the total packed weight is 2 kg or less. Orders over 2 kg are charged at the applicable weight-based rate, regardless of order value.
Other supported European destinations outside the EU
- Up to 2 kg: €22.90
- Over 2 kg to 5 kg: €29.90
- Over 5 kg to 10 kg: €37.90
- Over 10 kg to 20 kg: €52.90
- Over 20 kg to 30 kg: €67.90
- Free standard shipping on orders of €250 or more, within the standard parcel limits.
The EU rate includes Ireland and Monaco. Monaco is treated as France for VAT and customs purposes. Other supported European destinations outside the EU are Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Vatican City, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Certain islands, territories and regions are excluded.
Shipping charges are based on the total packed weight of your order. You do not need to select a weight band: the applicable shipping charge is calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping eligibility and the final charge are confirmed at checkout. Orders above the standard weight or size limits may need a separate arrangement; please contact us if no suitable delivery option is shown.
4. United States & Canada
Shipping of physical products to the United States and Canada is temporarily unavailable. These destinations cannot currently be used for physical delivery at checkout. Digital products and workshops remain available where offered.
5. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During new releases, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be longer.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Remote areas may experience additional delays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, excluding Monaco:
Customs duties, taxes, and other import-related fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For delivery to Great Britain, any applicable import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. These charges may be requested before delivery.
We are unable to estimate or influence the amount of such fees.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient fails to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at bpd_de@odeya.io with your order number and any relevant photographs.
We will assist you with a resolution based on the carrier’s policies.
