Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Information

• Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Germany and to other EU countries.
• Delivery Time:
  Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  Delivery within Germany takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
  For EU countries, delivery may take 3–10 business days depending on the destination.
• Shipping Costs:
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specific amount (?) within Germany.
  
  

2. Returns Policy (Widerrufsrecht – Right of Withdrawal)

According to §355 BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Return Period:
  The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
• How to Cancel:
  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Berlin Photobook Distribution, Linienstraße 153, 10115 Berlin, Germany, contact@berlinphotobookdistribution.com) by sending a clear statement (e.g., via email) before the 14-day period expires.
• Return Conditions:
  You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.
  The goods must be unused and in original condition.
  The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds:
  After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost (if any), within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  
  

3. Exceptions from Returns

Returns are not possible for:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods (e.g., books, cosmetics) that were unsealed after delivery
• Digital downloads once the download has started with your consent
